Working from home meant I needed a proper setup. This IKEA laptop table has been a surprisingly great addition to my workspace.

Design & Assembly

Clean, minimalist design that fits any aesthetic. Assembly was straightforward — about 15 minutes solo.

What Works

• Height adjustable (good for both sitting and standing)
• Wheels make it easy to move around
• Small footprint, perfect for compact spaces
• Cable management slot is useful
• Stable even with a laptop and coffee

What Doesn’t

• The tabletop could be slightly larger
• Wheels could lock more securely
• Not meant for heavier monitors

How I Use It

I alternate between my main desk and this standing setup throughout the day. It’s also great for those lazy work-from-bed days (we’ve all been there).

Verdict

For under RM100, it’s hard to beat. Not fancy, but functional and durable. Perfect if you want to try a standing desk without a major investment.
